Welcome to our first ever online monthly motivation session.

An opportunity to practice together, reconnect and chat a little.

These sessions are designed to be organic and evolving, we will have an hours class together, I will suggest some practices that you can access for the time in between our meetings (membership is required to access these) and there will be some ideas around getting a regular practice underway – or maintained – as we share ideas and say hello.

Your attendance after the first hour will be optional, after which we will tailor the time to the groups needs. During the practice I will observe as well as lead and each month there will be an invitation for one of you to join me at The Yoga Shed to participate from there, first come first served if you would like to volunteer.

So please come along and say hello, enjoy a lovely gentle practice to soften and refresh the body and mind and be part of our wonderful community. It would be great to see you.

I am soooo excited to announce that on Tuesday 23rd September 2020, we will be launching our brand new Yoga Online via this website.

Classes will cover many styles and levels, including therapeutic, flow, gentle, restorative, meditation and more…. The library is already extensive and there will new classes added too.
