I am a qualified, psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering a compassionate, professional and confidential approach that could help to facilitate the change you are looking for in your life. I have experience working with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self harm, suicidal thoughts, bereavement and trauma.

I have a strong interest in working holistically with experience of bringing together knowledge of the body and mind, which can give an invaluable insight into how we hold psychological difficulties in the body. Working this way encourages change, increases self awareness and can help you to feel more relaxed.
