Supervision

Supervision at the Therapy Shed

The aim of supervision is to provide a space where you can reflect, review and develop your work, within a confidential and supportive environment. Here you will have an opportunity to share and collaborate with a supervisor, viewing your approach from a different perspective. Throughout this process, my role is to offer a non judgemental, confidential relationship in which you can do this.

I am a fully qualified and insured psychotherapeutic integrative counsellor, supervisor and member of the professional bodies BACP and NCPS.

My core modalities are Gestalt, Personal Centred and Transactional Analysis. I am also a somatic worker with more than 20 years experience, a Group Therapist and specialise in trauma work (CCTP/CCTPII Trauma Certification).

I work as a tutor on CPCAB training courses, this means that I often work with other modalities and regularly work with trainees.

My supervision model is the seven eyed model (Hawkins & Shohet, 2010) Which offers a multi faceted  and collaborative model, from a relational base. I hope this will offer you space for congruence, openness and challenge to help develop your practice.

Please contact me for individual or group supervision. I also offer specialised courses for those wanting to explore a deeper layer of integrated supervisory and counselling practices.
