Join Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Yoga Therapist, Tracy Gaillie for this 5 week course that offers an holistic and integrative approach to wellbeing.
Using traditional and contemporary knowledge you will be guided through yoga, breathing and awareness practices to soothe the nervous system and facilitate regulation. As well as learning about the vagus nerve and how this can impact our experiences and wellness.
This will address the symptoms of anxiety, depression, overwhelm and burnout. It offers an opportunity to feel calmer and more grounded. Or simply help with aches, pains and physical wellbeing, whilst calming the mind.
5 week Course (2 Days available):
Small Groups, fortnightly, at the Yoga Shed in Akeley.
Thursdays 2.30 to 3.30pm or
And Mondays 6 to 7pm Investment: £65
