Dear Yogis & Yoginis,
I’m reaching out to you in the hope that you can join me in this 90 min fundraiser yoga class for Ukraine.
All money raised will go to Sunflower of Peace, a charity that helps paramedics and doctors, and has been fundraising for supplies, which includes first aid medical tactical backpacks.
The class will take place via Zoom on Saturday 19th March 10-11.30am. (German time: 11-12.30 Uhr).
To make this accessible for all, the class has two parts, and you can either do the whole class or join in for the last 30min.
10-11am is an active yoga class11-11.30am is suitable for all with gentle restorative postures & meditation
