Join us for the next motivational monthly.

A luscious 1.5hrs practice of self care, slowing down and connecting to you. Perfect as we re-emerge into busier lives again, would be so great to see you there.

These sessions are designed to be organic and evolving, adapted to the group and time that we practice.

During the practice I will observe as well as lead and each month there will be an invitation for one of you to join me at The Yoga Shed to participate from there, first come first served if you would like to volunteer.

So please come along and say hello, enjoy a lovely gentle practice to soften and refresh the body and mind and be part of our wonderful community.
