Rare spaces available for evening therapeutic class for wellbeing….

Mondays 6pm every fortnight.

Do you need to find yourself again? Are you hijacked by anxiety, depression or feelings of isolation? Do you lead a busy life and rarely find time for you?

If you are looking for a yoga class that addresses the wider context of physical and mental wellbeing, that allows you to tap into how you react and connect to the world outside and within, then this class may be for you.

Taking care of our nervous system responses, by approaching yoga from a truly holistic perspective, can reattune us to what we need. The great news is that simply by moving in particular ways, with intention, this can happen.

This class is facilitated by a highly experienced yoga therapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor, introducing a therapeutic yoga style specifically designed to find balance, peace and connection.
