YOGA & MEDITATION WITH MONA
MONDAY 3RD JANUARY, 10-11.15AM
Dear Yogis & Yoginis,
Mona Baur is inviting you to join her, to start the New Year with a fundraising yoga class.
The class will be split into two parts. Part 1) is a multi level physical practice and requires some experience of yoga. Plenty of modifications offered.
Part 2) is a restorative and meditation session and suitable for everyone. So it is possible to do the whole session, or to just join the second half. Suggested donation is £10 for the whole session and £5 for part 1) or 2) only
Part 1) An uplifting session of Sun Salutations and Pranamas, 45min, 10 – 10.45am
or, if physical yoga is not for you, you could join in at 10.45am for the second part of the practice:
Part 2) Restorative pose & A Meditation on Staying Awake: Bodhi Sattva, 30 min, 10.45 – 11.15am
All money raised will be donated by myself to help to raise funds for the MSF Afghan Crisis Appeal and a local charity supporting Afghan refugees in Buckinghamshire.

Thank you for being amazing….
As we move into 2022 I find I have so much to be grateful for….. the past year has been challenging for so many of us and perhaps The Yoga Shed will never be quite the same again, but I am feeling positive for new manifestations and opportunities to connect again going forward.

Experience Qigong, Yin / Yang Yoga and soothing drumming beats as they guide you through sequences and relaxations that will restore and reinvigorate, whist deeply soothing the soul.
Drawing from Chinese, Indian and Native American earth medicine this is a retreat from the everyday, that encourages you to reconnect to the elements and dive into renewal.

Tune into the rhythm of your energy and release with this introduction to dance movement workshop.
Learn why dance movement is important as a therapeutic tool for wellbeing and connection through kinesthetic empathy. Experience a variety of mindful movements, meditation and ‘freestyle’ dance movements.
No need to be co-ordinated or a ‘good’ dancer – there’s no set ‘steps’ just be ready to move at your own pace…. And experience this fluid and fun practice that liberates stress from the body and encourages an increased sense of calm.
Led by Tracy Gaillie and Nicky Bacchus.
This will be a blended practice with a very small number of places at The Yoga Shed and further places available via Zoom.
